COURSE OVERVIEW

Digital Marketing for small & medium enterprises - Refresh and Relaunch provides the participant with the tools to market their business online. The focus of the course is to provide the ability to employees of small and medium enterprises to refresh and relaunch their business during and post pandemic. The course content includes overall marketing, branding, SEO. PPC, social media and web analytics and design. As well, the course includes a module on managing virtual teams. Participants access personal coaching to facilitate learning and aid in the execution of principles for their unique industry.
The course provides the participant with the latest in digital marketing training to refresh and relaunch their business. Upon successfully completing the course, participants will have developed a marketing plan that can refresh, relaunch and pivot their business opening up new markets and revitalizing old ones and be provided a certificate of completion.

Wayne has held various executive level positions throughout his 30 year career in business including CFO of DirectWest Publishing, President and CEO of PrintWest Communications and Regional Sales Manager for User-Friendly Phone Book to name a few. He has launched several business over his career including Metrics Online Marketing and Metrics Software Solutions.
A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan from Commerce. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1999 and attended numerous executive courses in the field of marketing, management and mergers and acquisitions at Richard Ivey School of Business, Queens University, North Western University and Harvard University.
As the President of Metrics Online Marketing, he works with over 40 clients in successfully growing their business.
